Chefs Combine Talents to Present 4th
Annual Taste of Manitou Event at The Cliff House at Pikes Peak
Manitou
Springs, Colorado (August 13, 2007)
Chefs from The Cliff House, the Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant,
Blue Vervain, Craftwood Inn and Adam’s Mountain Café will work
together to present Manitou’s premier dining extravaganza on
September 7, 2007. The event will be held at The Cliff House at
Pikes Peak, beginning September 7 at 5:30 PM. Colorado wine from
Two Rivers Winery and Cottonwood Cellars will be paired with the
meal.
This is the
fourth year for the Taste of Manitou event which benefits the
Manitou Springs Economic Development Council. Guests will
enjoy a unique one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere as well as a one of a
kind meal prepared by the regions foremost chefs. Manitou artists
and retailers will accessorize each dining table with themed
centerpieces and party favors. Clair Walters will give a
brief presentation on Culinary Colorado and Manitou’s commitment to
Colorado Cuisine.
